I try to feel calm each moment.

To me, calligraphy is a way to express my true self freely and purely.

I began my journey in the world of Japanese calligraphy at the age of 6.

With the help of my amazing teacher and thirteen years of dedicated practice, I learned the skills and spirit to master this beautiful art.

At university, I majored in philosophy, where many intriguing concepts expanded my view of the world and my surroundings.

When I was 29, I moved to the United Kingdom to study aromatherapy, massage, and holistic therapy, where I developed a new passion and a healthier way of living.

My life experiences of studying holistic therapy in the UK and working as a body therapist in Osaka made me interested in healing people’s bodies with hands and heart.

I am now hoping some of you find healing energy in my calligraphy works.

I myself also keep trying to heal my body, mind and spirit

every moment

My Wish

I wish my pieces show you beauty in imperfection
and it heals your soul kindly with love and hopes

and also gives you feeling of enlightenment

We are all imperfect but it is also true

there is beauty in imperfection and accepting and appreciating

beauty and meanings in imperfection seems to be

one way to heal our souls in the way to be meant

as well as letting us go back to who we truly are …

Calligraphy is like meditation to me; I get totally focused, I try to lose my ego, finding more important things, the truth, not seeing things through my eyes but my heart... I let the ink flow across the paper as it goes, and even with all its flaws, it’s somehow beautiful in its natural state.
